Authorisation
If you want to proceed
with your application, using our Company as your registered migration
service, please follow the following procedure:
- To read PDF files, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 3
or later, installed on your computer. This is available free from
Adobe's web site. When printing, please select 'Use raster graphics'
which is found in File/Print/Setup/Properties/Graphics.
- Print out the official
Authorisation form.
- Fax the completed form to: +61 89 302 1310 (Australian callers please
replace +61 with 0).
